  • 20 yards duck walk
  • 10 squats
  • 20 yards somersaults
  • 10 mountain climbers
  • 20 yards crab walk
  • 10 lunges (5 each leg)
  • 20 yards high knees
  • 10 burpees
  • 100m backwards sprint
  • repeat
  • 6am
