AMRAP, 20 minutes:
  • 2 muscle-ups (sub 6 jumping pull-ups)
  • 4 handstand push-ups (sub 12 push-ups)
  • 8 2-pood KB swings (sub 24 25# KB swings)
  • 6am
  • High school weight room

Heart Attack Club:
  • "Nate" as described above or JR's choice!
