Heart Attack Club:
"15 Seconds of Pain"
Circuit, 15 seconds each station, five rounds, rounds are 2-4-6-8-10 minutes with 1 minute rest between rounds.  34 minutes total!  BE READY.
  • Jumping pull-ups (JPUs)
  • Push-ups (PhUs)
  • Muscle-ups (MUs)
  • Rest station
  • Handstands (HSs)
  • Sit-ups (SUs)
  • Back extensions (BEs)
  • Rest station
  • 6am, high school practice field
