CrossFitters:
"DT"
Five rounds for time, 155# on each:
  • 12 deadlift
  • 9 hang power clean
  • 6 push jerk
  • 7am
  • High school weight room
Heart Attack Club:
Five station circuit, one minute each station, one minute rest between rounds, four rounds.
  • 65# deadlift
  • 45 or 18# hang power clean
  • KB push press (choose your weight)
  • Air squats
  • Curls (but only if there's room in front of the mirror, otherwise, plank.)
  • 6am
  • High school weight room
