- 12 deadlift
- 9 hang power clean
- 6 push jerk
- 7am
- High school weight room
Five station circuit, one minute each station, one minute rest between rounds, four rounds.
- 65# deadlift
- 45 or 18# hang power clean
- KB push press (choose your weight)
- Air squats
- Curls (but only if there's room in front of the mirror, otherwise, plank.)
- 6am
- High school weight room
