Are You Really Hungry?

Here's a simple trick to get your hydration, and practice a little "caloric restriction".

If you feel hungry, or think you feel hungry, drink a glass of water...at least eight ounces.  Then wait five minutes.  During the wait, think about the healthy stuff you can eat and think about the unhealthy stuff you shouldn't eat.  After the five minutes is up, ask yourself if you are truly hungry.  If so, eat.  If not, don't eat.  Simple.
