Mindset is Everything
Ok, so I've had LOTS of questions about "this boot camp thing"...
I'm getting the sense that most of the underlying questions deal with one issue: "I'm not in shape enough to survive Boot Camp!"
Total and utter BS. That's the point silly! The objective is to enhance your current level of fitness, whether your fitness level is poor or excellent.
Everything done at Boot Camp is scalable to your level of fitness. You might not be the best, you might not be the worst and you certainly won't be left behind.

"Will it be hard? Yes, but not impossible. Can I keep up? Yes. Everyone else here started out just like you."So don't focus on what you can't do currently. Think about what you would like to do. If your mindset is that you want to improve your fitness you are ready for action. If you're scared...that's ok. In fact, if your workout doesn't frighten you, then your workout could probably use a little tuning up.
