Wednesday WOD - 29 July 2009

CrossFitters:

  • With a continuously running clock do one 135# Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135# Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135# Clean and Jerks the third minute...continuing as long as you are able.
  • Use as many sets each minute as needed.
  • 6am
  • High school weight room
Heart Attack Club:
  • With a continuously running clock do one sumo deadlift high pull the first minute, two sumo deadlift high pulls the second minute, three sumo deadlift high pulls the third minute...continuing as long as you are able.  (You choose the weight...30# recommended minimum.)
  • Use as many sets each minute as needed.
  • 6am
  • High school weight room
  • Bring a 5' piece of 3/4" PVC pipe (get it at Ace for $0.10 per foot.)
