  • 21-15-9 thruster with 50m sprint between rounds
Boot Camp:
  • Skills:  review lumbar curve and hollow back
  • Technique:  front squat and shoulder press
  • Workout:  21-15-9 thruster, with 50m sprint between rounds
  • 6am, 9am, 12pm, 6pm, 7:30pm
  • Mini Park
  • Bring PVC if you have it

    THANKS TO A GREAT TRAINER AND COACH FOR ALLOWING THE ELDEST OUT OF SHAPE OLDE BAG IN THE GROUP TO MODIFY SOME (OR ALL OF THE EXERCISES)......BESIDES WHICH THE TRAINER BEING SO EASY ON THE EYES WAS A GREAT HELP IN MY STAYING FOCUSED DURING THE DISASTROUS DOWNPOUR!
