  • Ladder sprint
  • 10 sit-ups
  • 10 KB swing (males 36#, females 18#)
  • 10 sit-ups
  • Ladder sprint

Boot Camp:
  • Skills:  review all exercises learned thus far
  • Technique:  pull-up
  • Workout:  see Heart Attack Club workout
  • 6am, 6pm, 7:30pm
  • Choteau grade school basketball court
