  • Tabata mountain climbers 
  • 10 Push press (PVC only)
  • Lunges (court length)
  • Sprint (three lengths of court)
  • REST
  • REPEAT (start with Tabata squats)
Boot Camp:
  • Skills: review pull-ups
  • Technique:  push press
  • Workout:  see Heart Attack Club workout
  • 6am, 6pm, 7:30pm
  • Choteau grade school basketball court
