  • 10 knees-to-elbows or toes-to-bar
  • 10 push-ups

  • Skills:  review pull-ups
  • Technique:  knees to elbows, toes to bar
  • Workout:  see Heart Attack Club
  • 6am, 8:30am, 6pm
  • Choteau rodeo grounds
