Main Site WODs

You may notice that the CrossFit main site WODs are no longer listed on this blog.  If you are a CrossFitter, you are probably already viewing the main site for your WOD, so there's no sense in repeating it here.

If you want scaled WODs, go to the CrossFit Brand X message board.

Heart Attack Club WODs will be posted here as usual.  For those of you who aren't familiar with the Heart Attack Club (HAC), it's simply a group of fitness junkies that get together at 6am for a  workout.  The workouts are designed with a metabolic conditioning emphasis using body weight, kettlebells and gymnastics exercises, running and occasional heavy lifting.  It's a great way to be introduced to CrossFit methods, although you'll want to be careful since the workouts can be demanding even for those who are "in shape".  In the HAC, routine is only used for training puppies, so you can expect something new every day.  HAC meets 6am every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at various locations, most often the Choteau High School track, athletic fields, or multi-purpose room.  There's no charge for being part of the HAC.  There are no CrossFit certified trainers regularly scheduled for the HAC, however, I will show up at the HAC workout if I'm not busy with a paid training session.  HAC'rs typically have exposure to CrossFit methods and can help you get started.

Boot Camp will have a daily post here...skills review, techniques of the day, workouts, times, locations, etc.  If there isn't a Boot Camp in session, there won't be a post.  For those who have completed Boot Camp or Elements Training, you should follow the CrossFit main site WODs...because you ARE a "CrossFitter".  Gitchasum!

If you want custom workouts, or you'd like to be coached by a CrossFit trainer, contact me and we'll see if CrossFit is right for you.
