Boot Camp (training day 17):
Location: Mini Park
Times: 6am, 6pm, 7:30pm
Warm-up:
Team tire flip, push-ups and box jumps.

Warm-up:
- Five minutes easy running
- 10 sit-ups
- 10 push-ups
- 10 pull-ups
- 10 good mornings
- 10 overhead squats

- Samson stretch
- Others as necessary
- Deadlift
- Odd object lifting (tires)
Team tire flip, push-ups and box jumps.
- Split into teams based on deadlift abilities.
- Choose a tire for your deadlift abilities.
- First team member flips the tire once then box jumps onto or into the tire, ending up on the other side. (stand clear until the tire comes to a stop)
- Entire team does five push-ups together...flipper initiates them "up" and "down". (hands or feet may be on top of the tire or both on the ground)
- Entire team does five box jumps together...flipper initiates them with "up". (return to ground at your own speed)
- Each team member repeats steps 3-5 until each team member has completed round one.
- On the second (and third) rounds, the tire is flipped twice (and thrice) by each team member (jumping into/over each time) before entire team does push-ups/jumps.
- Repeat rounds 1-3 (steps 3-7) three times. (you will flip the tire a total of 18 times, do many push-ups and you will box jump many, many, many times)
Be prepared to get a little dirty!
