Boot Camp (training day 19):
Location:  Mini Park
Times:  6am, 6pm, 7:30pm

Warm-up:
  • Five minutes easy running, mixed with squats.
Stretch:
  • Samson stretch
  • Others as necessary
Skills review:
  • Review all the exercises in today's workout.
Workout:
"Farewell to Boot Camp Final Friday Fight Gone Bad"
This is a modified version of FGB...same time scheme, more stations.

  • Push press
  • Sumo deadlift high pull
  • Thruster
  • Swing
  • Medicine ball clean
  • Wall ball
  • Box jump
  • Squats
  • Sit-ups
