- 50 Box jumps
- 50 Push-ups
- 50 Kettlebell swings
- 50 Lunges
- 50 Sit-ups
- 50 Push press
- 50 Good mornings
- 50 Burpees
- 50 High knees (running in place)
- If 50 of each is too many for you, pick a number and get 'r done!
- Don't have a kettlebell? Use a milk jug filled with water or sand.
