"The Filthy Fifties" (modified)
For time:
  • 50 Box jumps
  • 50 Push-ups
  • 50 Kettlebell swings
  • 50 Lunges
  • 50 Sit-ups
  • 50 Push press
  • 50 Good mornings
  • 50 Burpees
  • 50 High knees (running in place)
  • If 50 of each is too many for you, pick a number and get 'r done!
  • Don't have a kettlebell?  Use a milk jug filled with water or sand.
