Triple Threat

I get lots of questions about the types of exercises involved with CrossFit workouts.  When looking at Coach Greg Glassman's model of the theoretical development of an athlete, we have three types of activities:
  • Metabolic conditioning
  • Gymnastics
  • Weightlifting and throwing
