Invest in Your Fitness

Here's a shopping list for anyone participating in classes or WOD's:
  • Water (obviously filled with water or vodka)  $0.00 if you re-use a bottled water container
  • Towel (for wiping off your sweat or puke)  $0.25 at the thrift store
  • 3/4" or 1" PVC pipe, 5' long ["Schedule 40" is best] (for warm-ups, stretching and techniques)  $1.00 at the hardware store
  • Padding [carpet samples or double-thick exercise mat] (if you need if for push-ups, burpees, passing out, etc.)  $1.00 for an obsolete carpet sample at a flooring store
  • Notebook (for tracking your progress, recording consumption, and journaling your hate for burpees)  $1.00 for a "composition" notebook
After Monday (31 August) I won't be providing PVC or padding for outdoor workouts any more...BRING YOUR OWN.  When I get the garage gym completed, there will be a padded floor and PVC will be provided for all participants, but you must BRING YOUR OWN when the workouts are "outside the box"!

Your total investment:  less than five bucks.
