  • Lunges, Tabata protocol
  • 3 sets of ten each:
    • Pull-ups
    • Push-ups
    • Good mornings
    • Sit-ups
    • Overhead squats
  • Samson Stretch
Skills review:
  • Deadlift
  • Burpee
Workout:
5 rounds for time:
  • 5 deadlifts (150# / 100#)
  • 5 burpees
