Warm-up:

- 5 minutes easy running
- OH Squats with PVC, Tabata protocol
- 3 sets of ten each:
- Push-ups
- Good mornings
- Mountain climbers
- Samson Stretch
- Pull-up
- Thruster (front squat combined with push press)
AMRAP, 20 minutes:
- 200m run
- 10 pull-ups
- 15 thrusters (barbell or kettlebell)
