Wednesday WOD - 02 September 2009

Location:  Mini Park
Times:
  6am, 9am, 6pm

Warm-up:
  • 5 minutes easy running
  • OH Squats with PVC, Tabata protocol
  • 3 sets of ten each:
    • Push-ups
    • Good mornings
    • Mountain climbers
  • Samson Stretch
Skills review:
  • Pull-up
  • Thruster (front squat combined with push press)
Workout:
AMRAP, 20 minutes:
  • 200m run
  • 10 pull-ups
  • 15 thrusters (barbell or kettlebell)
Stretch
