"9-9-9"...hmmm..this doesn't happen very often...maybe we should do something special!

Warm-up:
AMRAP, 9 minutes

Warm-up:
- Dynamic stretch / body movement
- 3 rounds of 30 seconds each:
- Sit-ups
- Push-ups
- Overhead squats
- Back extensions
- Samson Stretch
- Push press
AMRAP, 9 minutes
- 9 Burpees
- 9 Push presses
- 9 Pull-ups (special addition for the 9am group, but since a 6 is just an upside down 9, everyone gets to join the fun)
