Elements Program

Do you know someone who is interested in learning more about CrossFit?

Elements training will begin on Monday night at 7:15pm at Paul's Garage Gym.

Elements training is a series of one hour sessions where you will learn all the basic movements involved in CrossFit workouts of the day ( (also known as "WODs").  It is a requirement to attend Elements training prior to attending ONDEG WOD sessions.

First session is free!  Get an introduction to CrossFit, and find out if getting off your ass is right for you.
