- Good mornings
- Overhead squats
- Pull-ups (jumping pull-ups x2)
- Samson Stretch
- Push-up
- Asymetric (single-arm) overhead squat
Five rounds for time:
- Five push-ups
- Five asymetric overhead squats (each arm)
