Location:  Paul's Garage Gym
Times:
  6am, 9am, 6pm

Warm-up:

  • Dynamic stretch / body movement
  • 2 sets of ten each:
    • Pull-ups (jumping pull-ups x2)
    • Push-ups
    • Good mornings
    • Overhead squats
  • Samson Stretch
Skills review:
  • Push-up
  • Asymetric (single-arm) overhead squat
Workout:
Five rounds for time:
  • Five push-ups
  • Five asymetric overhead squats (each arm)
Stretch
