Weightlifting Sessions Start Next Week

There will be two weekly weightlifting sessions on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 7:15pm.  First session is 21 September.  Sessions will be 45 minutes.

Focus will be on powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting techniques.
  • Deadlift
  • Back squat
  • Bench press
  • Snatch
  • Clean and jerk
No charge for members.  Non-members can buy a punch-card.

What's a punch-card?  More on this tomorrow...!!!
