Location:  Paul's Garage Gym
Times:
  6am, 9am, 6pm

Warm-up:

  • Dynamic stretch / body movement
  • 2 sets of ten each:
    • Pull-ups (jumping pull-ups x2)
    • Push-ups
    • Good mornings
    • Overhead squats
  • Samson Stretch
Skills review:
  • Press
  • Sit-up (anchored)
Workout:
AMRAP, 20 minutes:
  • Run 200m
  • Sit-up x15
  • Press x10
