Friday WOD - 18 September 2009

Location:  Paul's Garage Gym, then moving to HS track.
Times:
  6am, 9am, 6pm

Warm-up:

  • Dynamic stretch / body movement
  • 2 sets of ten each:
    • Walk / run 800m
    • Push-ups
    • Mountain climbers
    • Sit-ups
    • Back extensions
    • Squats
  • Samson Stretch
Skills review:
  • Box jump
Workout:
Five rounds for time:
  • Run 400m
  • Box jump x10
