Location:  Paul's Garage Gym

  6am, 9am, 6pm

Warm-up:

  • Dynamic stretch / body movement
  • 2 sets of ten each:
    • 200m walk / run
    • Pull-ups (jumping pull-ups x2)
    • Push-ups
    • Good mornings
    • Overhead squats
  • Samson Stretch
Skills review:
  • Bench press
Workout:
  • Bench press 7x1
Cash-out:
  • Jumping pull-ups, max set (x2)
