REST

We work hard for three days, then take a day off.  Then we work hard for two more and take another day off.

What do you do on your rest days?
  • Nothing at all?
  • Stretch?
  • Walk?
  • Jog?
What about your diet?
  • Plan for the next few days' meals?
  • Eat cheat meals?
  • Fast?
