Location:  Paul's Garage Gym
Times:
  6am, 9am, 6pm

Warm-up:

  • Dynamic stretch / body movement
Skills review:
  • The CrossFit Method
Technique:
  • GHD
  • Knees-to-elbows / toes-to-bar
  • Muscle-up
Workout:
  • Push-ups, squats, sit-ups, good mornings
  • 3 rounds, AMRepsAP, 30 seconds each exercise, one minute rest between rounds
Stretch
