Warm-up:
AMRAP 20 minutes:

Warm-up:
- Dynamic stretch / body movement
- 1 set of ten each:
- Sit-ups
- Good mornings
- Push-ups
- Overhead squats
- Pull-ups (jumping x2)
- Sit-ups
- Samson Stretch
- Burpees
- Deadlift
- Double-unders
AMRAP 20 minutes:
- Burpees x5
- Deadlift x10 (at least 50% of max)
- Double-unders x20 (singles x60)
Looks like a good one tomorrow; perfect GWM before rest day. I'll be doing 800m of walking lunges tomorrow night, and thinking about all you Choteau CrossFitters!
