Location:  Paul's Garage Gym
Times:
  6am, 9am, 6pm

Warm-up:

  • Dynamic stretch / body movement
  • 1 set of ten each:
    • Sit-ups
    • Good mornings
    • Push-ups
    • Overhead squats
    • Pull-ups (jumping x2)
  • Samson Stretch
Skills review:
  • Burpees
  • Deadlift
Technique:
  • Double-unders
Workout:
AMRAP 20 minutes:

  • Burpees x5
  • Deadlift x10 (at least 50% of max)
  • Double-unders x20 (singles x60)
Stretch
