- Dynamic stretch / body movement
- 1 set of ten each:
- Sit-ups
- Good mornings
- Push-ups
- Overhead squats
- Pull-ups (jumping x2)
- Sit-ups
- Samson Stretch
- Push press
- Jumping pull-ups
Five rounds for time:
- Jumping pull-ups x30 (bar no lower than top of head)
- Push press x5 (heavy!)
- Double-unders
