Saturday WOD - 26 September 2009

Location:  CHS athletic fields
Times:
  6am, 9am, 6pm

Warm-up:

  • Dynamic stretch / body movement
  • 800m walk / run
  • 1 set of ten each:
    • Box jumps
    • Push-ups
    • Squats
  • Samson Stretch
Skills review:
  • None
Workout:
  • Death by 10 yards x2
  • Run 10 yards in the first minute, 20 yards in the second minute, 30 yards in the third minute...continue this pattern until you cannot complete the required distance for that minute.
Post-WOD cool-down:
  • 800m run / walk
Stretch
