LOUD Music! If I am trying something for the second time, a new PR is also a great motivator. Peer support is the daily payoff.

The BIG difference for me between CF and past work out groups, is that it's all about personal best. All the other things that it provides (music, other athletes, etc...) is just icing on the cake. All these other things are great motivators.

Without a doubt, getting it over with is the biggest motivator for me. I always dread the WODs, but I always feel great after they are over.
