Since the last party was soooo much fun and the food was outstanding, I've decided that we should do it at least once a month.

We will be having another party on Halloween Night!  (That's Saturday, 31 October, if you didn't already know.)

                                                  

Mark your calendars:  7:30pm, in the ONDEG box (Paul's garage).

Costumes are encouraged...dress up as your favorite "fitness" celebrity.  Prizes will be awarded!

We will have a few contests...I have a few in mind, but I'm open to ideas.  "Pin the Tail on the Coach" is not one of them.

If you are bringing some chow, make sure it has a Halloween theme.

Keep working hard and start getting that costume together!
