- Deadlift x5 (>50% of max)
- Burpee x10
- Supplemental pull-up exercises (rows, high pulls, laid-back pull-ups, curls, etc.)

Though it's something I started to hone in on with dance and the occassional yoga class in the past, my answer would be BALANCE. I think about squats and how much correct posture, feet positioning, and STRENGTH contribute to a successful execution. What you lack in balance, I believe you can make up for with strength, among other aspects. Also, Strength is organic, and can be enhanced through training, whereas Balance is neurological, and can be improved only through practice/time and time again...
