- Muscle-up
- Rope climb
- Pull-up
- Dip
- Box jump
- Burpee
- Squat
- Push-up
- Back extension
- Sit-up
- Jump rope (double-unders preferred)

Had I been asked this at age 10, I would have vehemently responded,"YES!", but having taken only a summer's worth of level I gymnatics classes, NONE of which included ring dips, burpees, or squats, I know now the answer is NO. Can we consider ourselves gymnasts now? Let's just say I aspire to have the strength of a world class gymnast. Can you say Iron Cross?
