  • Gymnastic skills
Workout:
Max effort during one minute cycles with 15 second rest between stations:
  • Muscle-up
  • Rope climb
  • Pull-up
  • Dip
  • Box jump
  • Burpee
  • Squat
  • Push-up
  • Back extension
  • Sit-up
Technique (post-WOD):
  • Jump rope (double-unders preferred)
Stretch

Can we consider ourselves gymnasts now? Let's just say I aspire to have the strength of a world class gymnast. Can you say Iron Cross?
