If you can stand and walk, get on it! I've spent the last couple days on a playground where I'm am completely floored at the risk and virtuosity of young kids' athleticism! They are tough, fearless, and competely pliable. I was once told by Christal Widman that kids have the bests squats. Their sponges, why NOT begin to teach physical wellness and fitness while all aspects are still ripe>
At the other end of the spectrum, I've heard a saying; "If you walk every day, you'll walk until the day you die". In a nutshell, keeping mobile and active into and beyond retirement is essential to health-without your health, you have nothing. Why stop ever? Bucket List? CrossFit Games
