Skill instruction and review:
  • Deadlift
  • Sumo deadlift high pull
Workout:
20 minute AMRAP:
  • Deadlift x10 (25% of max)
  • Sit-ups x20
  • Sumo deadlift high pull x10
  • Box jump x20
Technique (post-WOD):
  • Pull-ups
Stretch
