Saturday's WODs are individually coordinated due to the Nutrition Certification in Bozeman!

    • HS track...one lap equals one-quarter mile
    • 7th Avenue NW and 3rd Street NW to 7th Avenue NW and 3rd Street SW equals one-half mile
    • 7th Avenue NW and 4rd Street NW to Bellview Road equals one mile
