  • Samson Stretch
  • Squats 3x10
  • Five minute circuit (30 seconds per station) TWO ROUNDS (2 minute rest between rounds)
    • KB swing
    • KB clean (left)
    • KB clean (right)
    • KB press (left)
    • KB press (right)
    • KB SDHP
    • Push-ups
    • Sit-ups
    • Good mornings
    • Burpees
Skill instruction and review:
  • Weighted lunges
Workout:
Five rounds for time:

  • Weighted lunges (50')
  • Pull-ups x10 (JPU's x3)
Technique (post-WOD):
  • L-sits
