- Five minute circuit (30 seconds per station) TWO ROUNDS (2 minute rest between rounds)
- KB swing
- KB clean (left)
- KB clean (right)
- KB press (left)
- KB press (right)
- KB SDHP
- Push-ups
- Sit-ups
- Good mornings
- Burpees
- Weighted lunges
Five rounds for time:
- Weighted lunges (50')
- Pull-ups x10 (JPU's x3)
- L-sits
