Rest Week

Next week is a rest week!

We will still have all regularly scheduled WOD's and weightlifting sessions, but we will focus on technique and light metcon work.  Except for Friday...we will be doing FIGHT GONE BAD!

The following week we will begin our six week cycle again, and repeat many of the WODs that we started with six weeks ago.  Hopefully you have kept a good journal and you can check your progress!
