Warm-up:
  • Dynamic stretch / body movement
  • PVC shoulder stretch
  • Samson stretch
  • Burgener warm-up
Skill instruction / review:
  • Push press
  • Sumo deadlift high pull
  • Wall ball
Workout:
"Fight Gone Bad" (modified)
Five rounds, one minute at each station, one minute rest after each round:
  • Double-under
  • Push press
  • Sumo deadlift high pull
  • Box jump
  • Wall ball
Technique (post-WOD):
  • Recovery!
