"Halloween Gone Bad"
Two person teams, five rounds for time:
  • Lunge from north sidewalk to entrance (simultaneous)
  • Push-up x10 (alternate team members)
  • Box jump x10 (alternate team members)
  • Run around courthouse (simultaneous)
  • Pumpkin clean and toss x10
Technique (post-WOD):
  • Recovery!
