  • ONDEG Fitness (23 Main Avenue North - enter from the back)
Times:
  • 6am

Focus:
  • Gymnastics
  • Weightlifting
Warm-up:
  • Dynamic stretch / body movement
  • Samson Stretch
  • 2 sets of ten each:
    • Pull-ups (jumping pull-ups x2)
    • Push-ups
    • Good mornings
    • Overhead squats
Skill instruction and review:
  • Asymmetric (single-arm) overhead squat
WOD:
Five rounds for time:
  • Five push-ups
  • Five asymmetric overhead squats (each arm)
Technique (post-WOD):
  • Ring rows
Stretch
