All of the above. Constantly moving forward, avoiding the plateau, that's the aim. I want to continue to see progress, especially in my cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, and strength. New month, new PRs. My diet is another area I hope to modify more strictly. Can I do it? The pressure's on.

If I didn't want to do everything better, I'd be hanging out at that other gym down the street, probably going to all-man yoga.
