New Week, New Month, New Cycle, New Opportunities

Monday is the start of the new seven week cycle...and your opportunity to test your progress.  Many of the upcoming WODs will be repeats of what was done in the past seven weeks, so hopefully you have been journaling.  It will be interesting to see if you can get better times, get more rounds or move heavier weights!
