    • Pull-up (jumping x2)
    • Push-up

    • Good morning
    • Overhead squat
  • Samson Stretch
  • Tabata run-in-place (all variations)

  • Running    ;o)
WOD:
  • 1, 2 or 4 mile run

  • Pistols
