Study:
- ONDEG Fitness (23 Main Avenue North - enter from the back)
- 6am
- 9am
- 6pm
- Gymnastics
- Dynamic stretch / body movement
- Samson Stretch
- 1 set of ten each:
- Pull-up (jumping x2)
- Push-up
- Good morning
- Overhead squat
- Pull-up (jumping x2)
- Medicine ball toss
- Barbell clean
"Chelsea"
Pull-up x5 + Push-up x10 + Squat x15 = 1 Set
Complete one set each minute for 30 consecutive minutes. Once you fail to complete a set within the required minute, complete as many additional sets in the remaining time left.

This would be much easier to deal with in a Fight Gone Bad situation, don't have to worry about getting the feet strapped in, just grip it and rip it. Also seems like there would be much less wear and tear on the machine itself, as it doesn't have to support body weight.

I like the idea of a FGB using the SkiErg. I'm gonna make the SkiErg a priority...by the end of the year!
