Monday WOD - 09 November 2009

Location:
  • ONDEG Fitness (23 Main Avenue North - enter from the back)
Times:
  • 6am
  • 9am
  • 6pm
  • 7:15pm (Boot Camp)
Focus:
  • Gymnastics
Warm-up:
  • Dynamic stretch / body movement
  • PVC shoulder stretch
  • Samson stretch
  • Squat therapy
Skill instruction / review:
  • All gymnastics moves
Workout:
Two rounds at each station, one minute max effort on each station, one minute rest between stations:

  • Rope climb
  • Push-up
  • Box jump (over, not on)
  • Body row
  • GHD back extension
  • GHD sit-up
  • Pull-up
  • Ring dip
  • Burpee
  • Knees to elbows
Technique (post-WOD):
  • L-sit
Stretch
