Schedule Clarification
I've had a few questions regarding the WOD at 7:15pm on Tuesdays...
Here's what I've been telling people:
The WOD at 7:15pm on Tuesdays will be weightlifting-centric,but it will still be a workout. In other words, it will be a bit outside of the normal 5 day programming, but it will still follow the typical format (warm-up/skills/WOD/stretch). The skills and WOD will just have more emphasis on being "under the bar".
If you want to develop core strength and power, being under the bar is the best thing.
