On Ramp...the new Boot Camp
ONDEG Fitness announces a new beginner's class for those interested in functional fitness using the CrossFit method.
"On Ramp", a CrossFit basics program designed by Nicki Violetti, is used by many CrossFit trainers and affiliates to introduce newcomers to CrossFit's method of "constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity".
On Ramp is a new class for beginners. The nine basic movements of CrossFit's method will be taught along with all manner of supplemental exercises. All of the basic tenets of the CrossFit method are explained during the course and proper nutrition is emphasized as the foundation for all athletic development.
The On Ramp class is 30-45 minutes long, starting promptly at 8pm onMonday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and 10am on Saturdays. Each day, the class will include a warm-up, skills development, workout and stretching. The On Ramp classlasts two weeks and starts twice per month.
Anyone who is interested in participating in the regular WODs offered by ONDEG Fitness must satisfactorily complete the two week On Ramp course.
The cost for the course is $150, which includes a full month of training. Subsequent training is $100 per month for unlimited classes.
