Schedule Update and New "On Ramp" Class

WOD (Workout of the Day) and class times:
  • 6 am            WOD           Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat
  • 9 am            WOD           Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat
  • 10 am          On Ramp    Saturday only
  • 10 am-4 pm  Closed
  • 4pm                 Youth
  • 5 pm-6 pm     Closed
  • 6 pm            WOD            Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat
  • 7 pm            WOD            Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri (not Sat)
  • 8 pm            On Ramp     Mon, Tue, Wed (not Fri or Sat)
  • 9pm-6am     Closed

Thursday and Sunday are always rest days...no WODs or classes whatsoever.

The box is open 15 minutes prior to the start of the WOD or class.  Feel free to show up early, practice some skills, stretch, warm-up, or get your socializing out of the way so it doesn't interfere with the training.

WODs
start promptly at the time specified.  WODs are no longer than one hour long.  As usual, each WOD will continue to include warm-up, skills development, workout and stretching.

Weightlifting is no longer offered as a separate class.  We will
concentrate on Olympic lifts and powerlifting techniques on the days where the programming is focused only on weightlifting.  These WODs are the same format as normal (warm-up, skills, workout and stretching) except that the skills and workout will include some form of Oly or powerlifting.

"On Ramp" is a new class for beginners.  The On Ramp class is 30-45 minutes long, starting promptly at 8pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and 10am on Saturdays.  The On Ramp class lasts two weeks and starts twice per month.  (Read more about On Ramp.)
